My LTG is to be down to 120lbs. I want to be down to 140lbs by Sept. 2016 for my wedding. I am currently around 225lbs. I plan to do a workout every day, the one I have now is T25. I also plan to count Calories, I think. I hope to find someone to hold me accountbale, support, and ideas. I really want, and need to get serious about my weight-loss. It needs to get done, and it needs to start now. Nothing less (or more in this case) of my goal is acceptable.
