Time for that time of the week everyone hates... It is important to weigh yourself so you have some idea of your progress, and so you can see if what you are doing is working for you, or if you need to change it up. Try not to weigh yourself more than once a week. Your weight can very a lot throughout the week (and day), so try to keep as much as you can exactly the same. If you weigh yourself in your underclothes right before a shower around 10am, make sure next time you weigh yourself, you are in your underclothes, at 10am. I personally don't eat or drink anything before I weigh myself either.
Pick one day a week you want to weigh in, and stick to it. For organization's sake, lets stick to one format...
Weight this week Weight last week difference between the two
And of course anything else you want to add!
